| Requirements: |
- Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Construction with 4-6 years experience in building projects / alteration and additions works
- Candidates must have an excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and with the ability to produce results within a tight timeframe.

| Requirements: |
- Holder of Diploma / Degree in Building studies.
- At least 3 years of co-ordination experience especially on Builidng Works.
- Good organizational skill, able to handle full set of construction drawings and co-ordinate with consultants, architects, clients and sub-contractors.
- Candidate must be proficient in MS Office.
- Site Safety Supervisor / First Ader will be preferable.

- Holder of Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with professional qualification.
- 10 Years relevant experience.
- Candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, and also familiar with CSD / CBW drawings.
